Alaska Gyrl,

These images are fantastic. Thanks so much for making them available for us to see. You've caught some great shots!

I attended the service but didn't see the Imam. DH and I were distracted by some very agitated young guy who was trying to distribute flyers saying we were making the troops into a target(?). Go figure.

Thanks for the beautiful photos! Are you the gal from Homer who brought the beautiful banners?

I saw the rabbi Saturday. He sat at the front of the audience. He finally had to take off his coat and loosen his tie, it was so hot.

We loved the banners! We took a couple pictures of them when we visited Casey II on Aug. 21. You can view the whole gallery here:

We were there this past Saturday afternoon and Sunday but didn't take many pictures, as we were too busy w/ volunteering. I was in the kitchen and DH was helping control traffic.

Your photos are wonderful! Thanks for them. But could you correct your spelling, just out of respect? It's Imam, not Iman (unless you're talking about David Bowie's wife, that is.)
